For our offices in Brussels we are currently seeking a:
Research Directors
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To be the main contact of our key accounts, to help them define their survey requirements and to meet their requests and expectations
- Manage the whole survey production process including handling customers briefs, writing proposals, pricing, right up to presentation of results
- Help customers to formulate these objectives, and find the best way to achieving them
- Drive the team's efforts to address client's business issues
- Anticipate and identify emerging business marckets
- Develop the business and move into new markets
- Ensure high standards of reporting to the top management of the company
Skills Required
- French/English native speaker with proficient English/French level
- University degree (political or social sciences, business school...)
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a polling institution
- Demonstrate management experience
- Real expertise in the analysis and presentation of data (qualitative and quantitative opinion surveys)
- Proficient user of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint (knowledge of statistical data processing package is a plus)
- Knowledge in European affairs is a strong added value
